Cross border and inter country financial recourse is like a civilization hold. It fundamentally important phenomenon to study. Purpose of this study investigate global private flows in context current regimes. Design the quantitative based on secondary data taken from website World Development Indicators (WDI) 2020. A literature review relevant studies extracted renowned research databases also integral part overall design For purpose analysis investigation uses Grey Relational Analysis (GRA). GRA mathematical technique capable handling multitude alternatives with plenty criteria simultaneously. ranking that generates reference series, normalizes compares weighted average grey coefficients series. popular methodology espoused systems theory. eighty-three countries basis five different criteria. The have been ranked according relational grades by using rank function excel are divided into seven categories intensity flows. made ordinal scale e.g. exceptionally high level flows, excellent, very good, fair, poor poor. Results show China, Niger, Brazil, Mozambique, Mongolia, St. Vincent Grenadines, Cambodia, Grenada, Thailand, Indonesia, Argentina Maldives whereas, namely Lesotho, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Botswana, Guatemala, Solomon Islands, Afghanistan, Bolivia, Bhutan, Angola Russian Federation Majorly, Arabian Countries (AC), Organization for Economic Co-operation (OECD) Union South American Nations (UNASUR) fall under ensign, member Cooperation (ECO) Southern Africa Community (SADC) ensign.
